It started with a simple question: "How hard can it be to schedule 60 kids with 15 mentors?" The answer? Four hours of spreadsheet wrestling, last-minute mentor cancellations, and a stack of hand-written schedule cards that still had mistakes.
After volunteering to organize career exploration events for youth groups, I realized that every planner was fighting the same battle — manually matching students to mentors, printing schedules, and scrambling when things changed. So I built the tool I wished I'd had.
